Top Dollar provides a full service balloon centre for every occasion.
We carry a large assortment of helium, latex, mylar, bouquets and specialty balloons.
If we do not carry a balloon for your special day we will order it in
for you with advanced notice.
We also do large and small events. Birthdays, Weddings, anniversaries and everything in-between. We also make customized balloon bouquets. Also, check out our party supplies. We have a wide range of food trays, and other party supplies.

The Top Dollar Shop is a local family-owned business that strives to provide great customer service for ALL customers SAFELY during the pandemic.
Top Dollar is owned and managed by Todd and Vesna Sim who spend most of their day working on restocking the shelves and helping customers.
They were successful with their application for a DMS 2.0 Grant. Congratulations!
Top Dollar is open for walk in shopping with a rearranged front entrance to allow for better flow with easier entry. There is also a limit on the amount customers allowed in the store at one time and strict protocols for Covid including the use of a sanitizer station and mandatory wearing of masks.
They carry a large assortment of items for sale including party supplies, kitchenware and cleaning, beauty and self care items, pet supplies and even a full-service custom balloon centre for every occasion! They offer a very safe and convenient helium balloon service where you can pre order your balloons to have them for pick up or you can walk in and explain what your balloon needs are for the special occasion.
The Top Dollar Bargain Shop is located in the plaza at the east of town at 339 Notre Dame St in Belle River in between Valumart and Pet Valu and the LCBO – right across from Shoppers Drug Mart with plenty of parking close to the entrance.
Top Dollar Shop is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm for your shopping convenience.
