Join us for the Belle River BIA’s 2026 Annual General Meeting. This is a voting year, so it’s an important opportunity for members to have their say in the direction of our downtown. We’ll review the year’s highlights and the BIA’s financial position, share what’s ahead, and connect with fellow business owners and stakeholders over dinner. All BIA members are encouraged to attend, share their feedback, and cast their vote.

Evening at a Glance

5:30 PM: Doors Open
Arrive, check in, and mingle with fellow members before the program begins.

6:00 PM: Dinner Served
Enjoy a meal together as we kick off the evening.

6:30 PM: Speeches Begin

Hear from BIA leadership on the year’s highlights, the financial update, and what’s ahead for our downtown. Members will also have the chance to cast their vote for who they would like to represent the town on the BIA Board.

Drinks

Each guest receives 2 free drink tickets. After that, the bar is a cash bar.
