This is the story of two great credit unions coming together on January 1, 2006. We became United Communities Credit Union following a merger of Heartland Credit Union (1952) and Woodslee Credit Union (1943)- two organizations with a very long history of serving the banking needs of our communities.

Today United Communities is one of the largest credit unions in Ontario, serving more than 36,000 member/owners with total assets under administration of $660 million.

United Communities offers a full range of banking, borrowing, investment and insurance products and services.

We have a long-standing history of making a difference in the communities where our member/owners and employees live and work.
